My school portrait workflow is designed to be secure, compliant, and respectful of every child and family.
✔ Secure, Password-Protected Online Galleries
Each student receives their own private gallery and unique access code. No one else can view their images unless parents choose to share them.
✔ FERPA-Respectful Workflow
I only use the minimum student information needed to deliver portraits (student name + teacher/grade). No data is ever sold, shared, or uploaded to third-party marketing systems.
✔ Background-Checked Photographer
As the sole photographer, I complete all required school background checks and follow all school visitor protocols.
✔ No Physical Contact Policy
To maintain comfort and safety, I never adjust clothing, hair, or accessories directly. Instead, I guide students with simple prompts.

There is no cost to the school! In fact, I will give back 10% of profits from the sales to your school.

Between 1-2 minutes per student, so depending on the size will give an estimated amount of time. Staff, clubs, and other groups photos are also available.

Depending on the package they ordered, they will either be emailed digital files, or print packages can be given to the school to pass out. I have the software to be able to organize all of this, and make it just as easy as it was with the "big guys."

I will work with the school to create a schedule for the day, and I will also ask to come in before photo day to find the best place to set up. Once we find a date for the photos, I will send the school an email to forward to parents. I'll also send the school a flyer to print and hang.

Yes! I will arrange plans with the school to do them the same day, or we can plan for another day for groups, including clubs, sports, and/or staff.
